All services are delivered on a professional/consulting basis.

2. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

• We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or tax advisory service.

• Company formation services are administrative assistance only.

• Clients are responsible for consulting with qualified legal, financial, or tax professionals when required.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments for our services are made in advance via trusted providers such as PayPal or Stripe.

• All fees listed on our site cover service charges only. Third-party costs (e.g., government filing fees, platform subscriptions, PayPal transaction fees) are billed separately and are the client’s responsibility.

• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Use of Payment Gateways

• We integrate providers such as PayPal and Stripe, but approval and use of these gateways are determined solely by each provider according to their AUP and Terms of Service.

• We do not guarantee account approval, continued access, or unlimited transactions.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for setup, filings, and technical work.

• Ensure that your business activities comply with local laws, PayPal/Stripe’s Acceptable Use Policies, and platform rules (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).

• Maintain your own accounts with third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, hosting providers).

6. Data Security

• We implement SSL and security best practices when configuring stores.

• All financial data is processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store, access, or resell sensitive payment details.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, graphics, and designs created by us remain the property of eBizSetup until full payment is received.

• Upon payment, deliverables are transferred to the client.

• Any third-party assets (themes, plugins, tools) are subject to their respective licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We provide services on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, payment provider approvals, or legal compliance approvals.

• We are not liable for losses due to third-party platforms, providers, or client misuse.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• The client provides false/misleading information.

• The client’s activities are found to be in violation of PayPal/Stripe AUP, laws, or our own policies.
