Refund Policy

We provide professional services in the areas of:

  • eCommerce Store Setup & Customization (digital setup, integrations, optimization).

  • USA Company Formation Assistance (consultation and filing support).

  • IT Support Services (remote technical assistance, troubleshooting).

Since these are professional services (not physical goods), our refund process is structured as follows:

1. General Refund Terms

  • Payments made for services are primarily used to cover consulting, setup, and administrative costs.

  • Refunds are not automatically granted once work has started, since time and expertise are invested immediately.

2. eCommerce & IT Support Services

  • If a project has not yet started, we may issue a refund upon cancellation.

  • Once work has begun, refunds are limited but we will provide reasonable remedies (e.g., service adjustments, issue resolution).

3. USA Company Formation Services

  • Government filing fees, state registration charges, or third-party service fees are non-refundable once submitted.

  • Our service fees may be refunded only if work has not yet commenced.

4. Requesting a Refund

  • Clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment if work has not begun.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@ebizsetup.com.
