Yes. If services are not delivered as agreed, we provide refunds in line with our fair business policy. Partial refunds may also be offered if a project is canceled mid-way.

Payments are made securely through PayPal. Once you decide to proceed with a service, we will provide you with our official PayPal account email to complete the transaction. After payment is received, we immediately confirm and schedule your consultation or begin your project.
